78 years old male. Has been disgnosed with renal cell carcinoma size 5*5*5 cms in center of right kidney. Has apparently spread  in upper cervical D2, D7, D9,L2, L4, L7 vertebrae.

Complicated by the fact that patient has only one kidney. Additionally signs of pluerisy in right lung, irregular spiculated nodule in right apex ,cyst in liver, enlarged prostrate, hypertension, elevated creatinine levels

Cyberknife has been a suggested treatment route. Any comments / suggestions would be appreciated.

I am not certain that taking any risk by treating the remaining kidney makes sense in view of everything else, but have the closest CK center take a look

I would be very cautious in this situation with a solitary kidney.

You have to be very careful because it's a sensitive case.
