Dear sir, I am a 40 year old male. Six months ago I was diagnosed with this type of tumor located at c6-c7. I underwent surgery (failed biopsy) which left me with several neurological deficits, loss of sensation from my right foot to my chest, difficulty walking and a host of other problems. I also had traditional radiation therapy (25 sessions over 5 weeks) which had very minimal success. The hospital where I was treated with radiation also has your Cyberknife system with Xsight. Can your system operate on these types of tumors? I'm afraid of losing more of my motor skills in years to come or having it spread to the brain. I thank you in advance. Stephane.

CK can b used for that but it is difficult. At our center, we refer all such tumors to Stanford where they have more experience in treating intramedullary tumors. The imaging can be difficult.
