Hallo,
can Cyberknife help me to destroy Ependymomas in Section Conus Medullaris, Cauda Equina and Fillum Terminale?
There are some Noduli in this Area.
Today i 'm in Hospital in Hamburg/Germany for Rehabilitation after Operation 1 Month ago. Now the biggest Ependymoma at L1 is 50% smaller than before.

It could potentially be used, but if there are multiple tumors, we would probably consider standard radiation first.

My surgeon said, if the Tumors are growing again, he wants to operate again. Radiation makes to much damage in this area.

No, it doesn't. It is not the first line treatment, but is very useful when the tumor are recurring.
