I'm a 68 year old male that had a nephrectomy 5 years ago. My most recent Ct scans show a 3.3 cm iliac lymph node. Scheduled for a biopsy. If it is metastatic renal cell is CyberKnive an option?

Yes, but not the only one. After that much time, if PET shows nothing else, then surgical removal might be another option.
