I have a paramediastinal metastase of adrenalcort carcinoma. Would cyberknife be a possible treatment. I had radiotherapy two years ago but the tumor (possibly a lymfnode) is growing again and may cause breathing problems in the near future. Sorry for my bad English... But I am desperately searching for help. Thn Thanks

You could be a candidate. Someone would need to look at the scans. Contact the nearest ck center

Thank you dr. Medbery. Will there be a need to place markers in or against the trachea ? Or is a 3 or 4 dimensional scan enough. Thank you

Depends on the exact details. Sometimes you can use spine tracking, sometimes you can use 4-D techniques (I am not really a fan of those)
