Three and a half years ago I had a 3x5x3 cm tumor (adenocarcinoma) Cyberknifed in my LLL. PET scan 4 months ago was NED and showed airspace where initial tumor was. CT scan last week shows a ill-marginated mass 3.5 cm with what the radiologist believes is brachytherapies which are really fiducials embedded within the mass. Might this "mass" be something other than a recurrence?

Would it look like a neoplasm or mass now? Previous PET scan 7/14 called it "irregular area of airspace disease" and no size (3.5 cm) was mentioned previously. Thank you for your dedication to this site and disease.
