My mother has recently been diagnosed with an 8mm neoplasm in the tail of her pancreas. Initial indications were that this was resectable, however, there are some suspicious tissue traces on the CT scan which mat indicate that there is some extrusion into peripancreatic tissue associated with the superior and inferior vascular vessels to the pancreas, liver and renal bodies appear not to have been co-opted to date.. Having been in contact with a Cyberknife facility in India (as there are none here in South Africa - I would like to reassure myself and my mother that the levels of skill there would be equal to other Cyberknife facilities around the world? Thank you.
