endocrineal carcinoid tumors on liver

Hi. My husband has carcinoid tumors on his liver....too much of the liver is involved for surgery...a year of chemo has not stopped their growth and the tumors are secondary to a large small intestine tumor removed 10 years ago..would he be a candidate for this procedure ?and is Halifax NS now doing this procedure ?

Sounds unlikely, but let the nearest CK center look at the scans
