Original diagnosis was atrophy of right calf over a period of 3-5 years. No pain or any other issues. Just had MRI with and without and it shows a lesion 1.8cmx .9cmx .8cm intradural lesion at L2, likely a schwannoma. This is on the back of the spine. I am 70, and other than this in excellent health and very fit. Really don't want the risk and side effects of surgery at my age. Seeing a surgeon soon that does both surgery and Cyber Knife. Would I be a candidate for Cyber Knife?

Yes, and with a very high likelihood of control.
