My wife has a large benign tumor by her sacrum. The doctors called it a myelolipoma which from what I understatnd is just a fatty tissue tumor. It is bigger than a grapefruit and apparently growing. Would the cyberknife radiation procedure work on this type of tumor?

This  should be treated surgically in all probability. It is pretty large to treat with CK
