Hi, my name is nancy. I am post whipple. with two possibly three liver mets from pancreatic adenocarcinoma. they are currently all under 6mm in size. I went to have fiducial placement and the interventional radiologist said they where to small for him to see on the CT he needed to guide him for placement. how big do these lesions need to be to be treated by cyberknife?

BIg enough to have fiducials planted and to see on CT. We can't really use any other form of imaging, although a really fast MRI scan that can be done on a single breath hold is possible on some machines and can be useful, although it does not replace the PET.
