One of my love ones was diagnosed a week ago with glioblastoma at age 62.  Please help us for we are lost.  We would like to learn from the ones with knowledge on the subject.  Please help guide us to the information on treatments to make her life at the least better.
Thank you for your time,

These are rarely curable, and probably never so at that age, but proper treatment can both extend life and improve the quality of life. Standard therapy is external beam radiation for about 6.5 weeks combined with Temodar chemotherapy. There is some data suggesting that 5 days of treatment with SRS such as the CyberKnife results in equally good results with much less time taken for treatment
