Can cyberknife be used to treat arterialised tumour thrombus in the portal vein ?

Possibly, but I am not sure it would be the best option

There are risks associated with this. such as complete portal vein stricture. There may be other risks depending on the exact anatomy. There is no dat of which I am aware for doing this, so it would be considered at least somewhat experimental. If there were no other good options, and that was all the tumor there was, I might consider it as a last resort
