Good day dr I was diagnosed with stage IV colorectal cancer and peritoneal disease/omentum cake in June 2015. I have exhausted all chemotherapy options and my current chemo (Avastin and Irinotecan) proves to be ineffective as well and I developed abnormal liver functions ( ascites and raised bilirubin) too. My recent scan showed: large mass in lower abdomen 157 RT X 114mm AP X 180mm CC and omentum cake measures up to 30mm. My case was reviewed by surgical and gynae in June 2015, and surgery wasn't recommended due to the extend of my disease. I am writing and desperately hoping that you can recommend cyberknife as an alternative treatment for me. Sincerely Nico from Palmerston North, New Zealand
