My sister, 26 years old, is a stage-IV patient of colorectal cancer.
The MRI of her brain (last week) showed a dominant enhancing 5.3 cm mass into the right frontal lobe with additional satellite lesions bilaterally (frontal and parietal lesions) as well as asymmetric leptomeningeal enhancement and local mass effect with midline shift.
The patient then underwent a craniotomy and resection of right frontal lobe lesion. Her tumor was sent for B-RAF and extended RAF testing was negative for mutations.
So, the question is, is cyberknife beneficial to treat/kill the remaining lesions in her brain?

It would depend on the size, number, and location of the other tumors, as well as whether the leptomeningeal abnormality represents tumor
